I started Mom Life Harbor because I was exhausted in a way I could not explain.
I am a mother, and I was living inside a level of responsibility I did not yet have language for.
At the time, I was working, managing a household, and carrying more than I could name. From the outside, everything looked manageable. But internally, it felt like I was constantly trying to hold something that never settled.
Eventually I had to step away from work. Not because I lacked motivation, but because the structure I was operating inside could not hold everything I was responsible for.
That is when I started looking for answers.
Not advice.
Not better routines.
An actual explanation.
I needed to understand why I could be sitting still and still feel overwhelmed.
What I found changed something for me.
The weight was not random. It had a structure. It concentrates by design.
And once I understood that, something shifted. Not because the workload disappeared, but because the confusion did.
That is what Mom Life Harbor exists to give.
Not a fix.
An explanation.
Because you cannot redistribute what you cannot name.
And you cannot keep blaming yourself for something that was never created by you.
Feeling exhausted is not a personal failure.
It is often the result of carrying a level of responsibility that was never meant to sit with one person alone.
That is what this space is here to say.
One brain. Holding a system built for many.
